Tim has been a part of Bruce's Team for over 20 years. Shane has been with Bruce 15 years. Chris is the newest one on Bruce's team, having been a part of the team only a year, but he brings with him over 30 years of experience in automotive repair.

Bruce and his men have been extensively trained in and continue to educate themselves in all the latest diagnostic techniques and computer software. Today's vehicles are not only steel and rubber but also sophisticated computer circuitry.

Bruce started the Autostop in 1977, having been at three other locations in Northeast Rochester before settling down in his present location since 1981.
